FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS!!!!

Ok, I ‘m losing focus - AGAIN!!  I need to find something to help me!  I didn’t have a very good week last week because I let my busy-ness be an excuse to say, I don’t need to workout tonight or, I can have more of that!  Grrr!!  I’ve never been so close to reaching my goal and I’m finding myself fading away.  With the holidays comming around this really scares me!!  Does anyone have any refocusing tips for me????

    These are just a few things that could help:

    1. Start a log (binder, notebook, journal, whatever!) of your food and exercise.
    2. Log on to buddyslim every day.
    3. (if you’d like) find an accountability buddy you can talk with daily to see how each other are doing (email, IM, or on here)
    4. Post quotes/cartoons around the house– on the mirror, fridge, etc where you see them regularly/ when you want to go off track.

    I know how ur feeling… but hopefully my experience will scare you into staying focused! After reaching my goal, I started to fall off track… Little by little I stopped motivating myself. I stopped buddyslim… I completely went down hill… What happened? I gained 15 pounds! Yikes! lol… Keep that butt in line and be your own drill sergeant. You can do it!

    Index cards around the house, and make a list of why you want to do this, and put it where you can see it. focus on how hard you have worked too. You can do this!
